Summary
This project delivered the Discovery & Definition Phase of Integrity Systems Company's (ISC) IT Service Management (ITSM) system and process. It evaluated, defined, and aligned ISC’s ITSM capabilities with best-practice frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and customer experience. Through a phased approach, this project identified key business processes, addressed current pain points and developed a recommendation and implementation roadmap for a system that enhances service management, reporting and automation.
