Summary
Integrity Systems Company (ISC) is seeking to engage with an external vendor to conduct an audit, recommend changes and facilitate training to improve the implementation and understanding of Google analytics platform across our LPA and ENVD web and app products. Google Analytics is currently implemented across our products and is a free platform that allows online product providers to track user patterns and engagement points to provide insights allowing ISC to make informed decisions on the success of features implemented or identifying areas that need improvement.
Objectives
1. Conduct Audit of current Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tracking and set up for eNVD (web) and LPA.
2. Provide recommendations of changes to the existing set up of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manger in eNVD (web) and LPA.
3. Provide recommendations on what is required to set up Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in the eNVD app platform.
4. Develop creation and testing of Looker Studio reports based on GA4 outputs.
5. Facilitate and develop supporting documentation to train 25 ISC employees via remote training sessions.
