Summary
This project conducted a qualitative review of Integrity Systems Company’s (ISC) strategic documents and targets, evaluating major investments and outcomes to assess performance against the 2025 strategy. It also identified strategic gaps that should be addressed in the development of the 2030 strategy. As a result, several opportunities emerged to inform the evolution of ISC’s strategic direction towards 2030. Key among these was the need to develop a robust AI strategy and establish supporting mechanisms to generate value across the supply chain through enhanced data flow.
