Summary
To provide support for the myMSA system, MSA licensed system vendors and MLA staff in relation to the myMSA website.
Objectives
- technical and program support (phone and meetings) for MSA personnel in utilisation of the myMSA system and subsystems
- technical and program support for MSA licensed system vendors during development and post adoption of integrated systems for beef and sheepmeat
- technical and program support for MSA licensed processors in utilisation of the myMSA system.
Key findings
Continued maintenance of the myMSA system such that the system is available to industry 24 hours a day.
Benefits to industry
Maintenance of myMSA related to changes to the NLIS and LPA systems that effect myMSA.
