Summary

This PGS supports the delivery of “Top End Leaders” supported learning package to 6 groups of cattle producers in Northern Territory and Western Australia. The delivery locations will occur in Darwin, Katherine, Alice Springs in the Northern Territory and Broome, Gascoyne and Perth in Western Australia.

Key findings

As PGS is an adoption program, there were no key findings.

Benefits to industry

Lead with Certainty allows for the participants to be able to develop a better understanding about themselves and their teams, whilst learning more effective ways of creating a positive team culture through planning, and communication.

MLA action

MLA continues to deliver the PGS program, supporting participants to have the opportunity to develop and practice skills with small groups of like-minded producers to improve business performance.

Future research

As PGS is an adoption program: no research is required.
