Summary
Aussie Meat Academy Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) activities are delivered to increase awareness and preference for Australian beef and lamb. Focused on educating, inspiring, and encouraging food industry professionals. Activities included workshops, online and in-person events, immersions, development of educational resources, trade media, and culinary demonstrations.
Objectives
The purpose of this project is to increase awareness and preference for Australian red meat in key EMEA markets via strengthening industry professionals, knowledge, capability and confidence in using Australian red meat.
