Summary

This project involved activity to drive preference for Australian beef, lamb and goat in the retail and foodservice channels. Programs targeted specific organisations in North America that were considered to be a stronger likelihood of purchasing Australian red meat.

Objectives

Conduct programs to engage with target businesses. Meet with meat buyers and those who influence them. Deliver targeted communciations programs to these organisations with the aim of converting them to purchasing Australian red meat for the first time or increasing the volume if they purchase already
