Summary

This project delivered key front and backend enhancements to the myFeedback system. The aim of the enhancements was to better support user experience for new and existing users, and to improve the backend performance.

Objectives

This project had the following objectives to be either be commenced or completed for the myFeedback platform:
• onboarding producers with multiple PICs
• enabling users with multiple enterprises within and across different user types (Personas) to access myFeedback with the same email address
• implementing data aggregation rules for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania for state-based data
• audit logging activities and user interface updates for error messages and report IDs,
• engineering documentation completed
• PowerBI performance improvements
• hypercare and updates based on feedback for released features during contract period.

Key findings

This project not only implemented key enhancements to the myFeedback platform but also highlighted areas where additional development was required to better support adoption of the platform by industry.

Benefits to industry

This project delivered key front and backend enhancements to the myFeedback platform to support better user experience for new and existing users, and enhanced backend performance. It also completed engineering documentation for future resourcing.

Future research

Further investment is required for the myFeedback platform. This project highlighted areas where additional development was required to better support adoption of the platform by industry.
