Summary
The future state NLIS Database will be implementing Kong as its chosen API Management Platform. To allow for business continuity and strengthening of ISC's AWS environment infrastructure architecture, Kong consultancy services are required to install an enterprise-ready SAML-based access system, which will serve as the foundational gatekeeper for accessing our MLA/ISC data repositories, starting with the NLIS Uplift Project and subsequently integrating additional platforms, including eNVD, LPA, and MSA.
