Summary

This agreement facilitates the services that AUS-MEAT provide to the MSA program. This includes auditing services and facilitating MSA beef processor and grader training.

  • auditing of MSA licensed enterprises
  • auditing of enterprises as directed
  • administration of the MSA Auditing program
  • delivery of MSA beef processor and grader training.

Benefits to industry

MSA has developed stringent standards that through their design, offer the industry a high integrity grading model and a fully audited supply chain ensuring best practice to deliver to the consumer a consistent eating quality. This agreement ensures the integrity of the program.

Future research

AUS-MEAT continues to be contracted to deliver these services as a part of the MSA program.
