Summary: This project was required to ensure the continual storage and delivery of MSA sensory product as required. The consultant was tasked with providing secure freezer storage for beef and sheepmeat samples, at the direction of MSA personnel. This project was also designed to determine an accurate stocktake of the samples in storage due to the availability of moving the samples to the University of New England on a cost recovery basis.
The consultant was asked to abide by strict freezer storage limits, ensuring all product was maintained at -25 degrees Celsius with access available by arrangement.
