Summary

​This project was in place to identify new business opportunities in Western Australia to increase the adoption and utilisation of MSA. The consultant was engaged to complete the following objectives:Plan and deliver business development services to identified stakeholders for beef and sheepmeat in alignment with the MSA strategy and implementation plansFacilitate the MSA licensing program as requiredCollaborate with MSA Business Development Officer in identifying needs for technical support for new processors, brand owners or supply chains to increase the utilisation of MSAIdentify and work with new stakeholders to adopt MSA to underpin their businessAssist where required with working with existing accounts to extend the value of MSA in a business through value-adding exercisesAssist as required with external enquiries for MSA demonstrations and services
