Summary
This project covered capital expenditure associated with the maintenance and new developments associated with the Livestock Data Link Product throughout the 2021 financial year.
Objectives
1. Completion of LDL tasks as defined, agreed by ISC and assigned to the Consultant’s technical development resource by the appropriate ISC product manager and stream lead.
2. Delivery of supporting documentation, processes and artefacts as defined in the ISC Jira task management system. This will include defect resolution, system improvements/optimisation and tooling/support.
3. Provision of recommendations for areas of improvement that arise from undertaking business as usual tasks.
Key findings
This investment enabled Livestock Data Link to continue as an industry service to Australian red meat producers. Livestock Data Link enables carcase compliance and feedback data and information to be provided from processors to producers.
