Summary

This project completed the migration of the outdated Meat Standards Australia (MSA) Infosys system to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (MLA CRM). This project facilitated the final stages of the migration to the new platform.

Objectives

The following business goals were completed in this work:
• implementation of current Infosys functions and modules as defined in the Statement of Work
• develop new CRM functions
• migrate data
• enhance existing functionalities and modules with dynamics 365 standard capabilities
• reporting and bulk generation/printing
• integration as per current setup and new integration as required.

Key findings

The new MLA CRM system is a more efficient platform to capture information and link to the same customer accounts used by other business units in the company, thus avoiding duplication and a whole of company approach to account management.
