Summary

This project supported the online deployment and maintenance of MLA’s AgTech ROI calculator.

Objectives

  • Deployment and hyper care of MLA’s online version of its MVP AgTech ROI calculator tool.
  • Authentication integration with MLA Auth0 system and deployment to MLA infrastructure.
  • Integration of MLA development standards where required.
  • Milestone reporting submitted to MLA.

Key findings

The MVP calculator is now part of the online services offered by Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA).

Benefits to industry

Adding this calculator to the MLA website allows producers across Australia to access it with anticipation that this will assist with adoption of ag-tech by increasing understanding of costs and benefits.

MLA action

MLA will continue to explore opportunities to further develop the AgTech ROI tool.

Future research

Successful deployment and uptake of this calculator is expected to lead to more functionalities being developed, such as a whole farm assessment planning tool to quickly assess the benefits of integration of various technology investments and systems.
