Objectives

The objective of this project is to have a competition model that will allow competition organisers to:
- login through myMSA
- design and setup the competition scoring
- upload both MSA grading data and exhibitor details
- generate results
- export results in pdf or excel format.

Key findings

This project allowed competition committees to generate carcase competition results and feedback without requiring any technical knowledge, and significantly reducing the reliance on MSA staff to generate results. MSA will still aid in supporting more information around outcomes and trends e.g. through presentations to competition participants, and where required, some technical support.

Benefits to industry

This Project delivered the MSA carcase competition system which provides a platform for competition organisers to generate results for their carcase competition with confidence, limiting both manual entry errors and the need for any technical knowledge.
