L.MSG.2406 - MSA Sheepmeat Grading Model and myMSA Systems Development

The new MSA Sheepmeat grading model is expanding from nine cut-by-cook outcomes to 23 cut-by-cook outcomes, providing processors with significantly greater opportunities to market sheepmeat products based on eating quality performance.

This project is developing the myMSA systems needed to support commercial adoption of the latest MSA sheepmeat grading model and its expanded grading outcomes.
