Species: Pastures

Date: Jan 2010 - Apr 2014

This PDS project will compare a variety of commercially-available soil ameliorants for their impact on pasture growth, kg beef/ha, and cost of production.

Treatments include single super, various compost, Natramine and Ausmin products, humate granules, guano granules, Alroc and trace elements.

The demonstrations will be established at a number of locations across the northern tablelands region of NSW and will assist beef producers to make more informed investment decisions in soil fertility treatments.
