MLA recruiting for key roles in new BulkUp program

Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is seeking experienced professionals to help deliver BulkUp, a new program focused on lifting profitability, productivity and resilience across red meat businesses.

BulkUp is a nationally available, locally delivered learning program that supports:

improved feedbase utilisation
optimised stocking rates
stronger management accounting capability
whole‑farm production efficiency.

It brings together MLA’s established adoption products into a structured, long‑term learning pathway, supported by regular group engagement and benchmarking.

Roles now open for expressions of interest

MLA is inviting expressions of interest for two key roles.

Group coaches

Business analysts

Bring together and facilitate local producer groups
Guide producers through the BulkUp modules
Support peer‑to‑peer learning and accountability
Help producers translate learning into on‑farm action

Complete economic and production benchmarking
Help producers interpret benchmarking data
Identify opportunities to improve business performance
