Go into the running to win a $1,000 fuel card

24 June 2021

Key points:

  • The latest survey closes on Wednesday 30 June 2021
  • Complete the survey for a chance to win a $1,000 AMPOL fuel card
  • The survey gives producers the opportunity to reveal expected joining rates, sales, lamb marking rates and other production indicators.

The MLA AWI Wool and Sheepmeat survey is released three times a year and gives producers the opportunity to provide numbers surrounding their flock and expected production management decisions over the next 12 months.

The survey will ask respondents key indicators including management decisions such as expected ewe lambing joining, lot fed lamb volumes, marking rates and shearing expectations.

The survey is an invaluable tool that allows MLA to analyse and understand feedback and management strategies from producers across the country. It ensures sheepmeat and wool production across Australia is recorded and can be used to help target region-specific market information in the future.

The larger the number of survey respondents, the more accurate, timely and valuable the insights will be for MLA and AWI, in turn allowing more accurate and relevant information to be returned to producers. Personal information and answers remain confidential.

The survey closes on Wednesday 30 June. Complete it via the link below for the chance to win a $1,000 AMPOL fuel card.
