No relief in weather outlook

The Bureau of Meteorology’s latest climate outlook for July to September points to continued dry conditions for the remainder of winter and early spring.
Following a very poor outlook released a fortnight ago, the latest update shows little improvement, despite a decreasing likelihood of El Niño developing in 2019. Drier-than-average conditions are likely for the majority of agricultural production regions Australia-wide.
