Summary
Industry managers would benefit from access to comprehensive research papers and information that can assist them to create, refine and internally monitor their own operating procedures for QA. The aim of the resource tool would be to ensure Australian processors not only produce a consistent, quality product, but that they are also equipped to stand up to any scientific substantiation of their practices from external auditors.
