Summary

These projects provided funding to support development and coordination of the National RD&E Frameworks for Beef and Lamb, including:To provide executive support to the Red Meat Co-investment Committee and associated working groups in co-ordinating the collation and analysis of consultative and capability information forand preparation of the National Beef and Sheepmeat RD&E Strategies.To cover costs of the Evaluation Group such as meeting expenses, daily fees where applicable, travel and accommodation etc, as a key entity underpinning the National RD&E Strategies for beef and sheepmeat production.To cover costs of the Interim Program Development Group such as for meeting expenses, daily fees where applicable, travel and accommodation etc, as a key entity underpinning the National RD&E Strategies for beef and sheepmeat production.Development of a strategy for retaining capability on core R&D disciplines (also known as Centres of Excellence).Development of a coordinated plan for national investment in beef and sheep genetics and genomics.
