Summary

Further strengthen and develop key account relationships to deliver increased value at foodservice to increase confidence in menuing of red meat and ensure it remains first choice of protein via customised key account business and communication plans + tailored culinary masterclasses + RMA asset development and promotion.

Further strengthen and develop key account relationships to deliver increased value at foodservice to increase confidence in menuing of red meat and ensure it remains first choice of protein via customised key account business and communication plans + tailored culinary masterclasses + RMA asset development and promotion.


The range and versatility of beef, lamb, sheep meat and goat meat.
OUTCOMES:

  • Eight series webinar on Foodservice solutions with Australian Red Meat to help Australian Foodservice pivot their business through Covid 19 to have successful outcomes with Australian Red Meat on their menus.
    Live Masterclasses with frontline foodservice Chefs, Procurement and F&B Managers to help them overcome red meat challenges on menu.
  • Increasing reach and penetration of content delivery in changing landscape to Foodservice that can help them sustain their business. Delivery of business centric masterclasses personally to foodservice customers.
    Dedicated NPD testing Australian Red meat dishes applicable to the commercial foodservice chain.
  • Once menu solutions are agreed on with key industry foodservice partners recipes are finalised and shoot is booked in.
  • Point of sale is created leveraging off consumer campaigns and placed into business. Dishes are limited time offers and are tested for permanent placement in some businesses.
  • At completion of promotions evaluations are done with key industry foodservice partners for throughput volume and measure of success.
    Case Studies completed on successful collaborations for publication in MLA journals Feed Back, Red Meat Annual Conference, Industry events, Annual Reports.
