Summary

Over recent years Sheep Producers Australia (SPA) has been increasingly engaged in proposing and developing projects for the benefit of all portfolios related to sheep meat. In order to do this more effectively, there is significant benefit to have formal training undertaken in managing projects, and implementing the learnings into the current role of the Policy Managers and Leadership team at SPA.
