Summary

The purpose of this project is three fold:
• train MLA staff in digital copywriting to optimise stakeholder engagement with MLA's content
• inform the communications business unit about the online competitor landscape related to the wider digital agriculture industry and identify trends and insights to apply at MLA
• inform the communications business unit about the opportunities and best practices for empowering internal and external advocates
