Summary

Project Gimme aims to assist MLA’s stakeholders to access and digest relevant R&D information by establishing new processes and templates and updating existing ones.

Objectives

Project Gimme consists of three primary phases; real‐time situation analysis, retrospective enhancement of past MLA projects and the development of an
efficient and on‐going solution for all future MLA projects.
These phases will be implemented synchronously, and are structured on five key objectives:
1. Ongoing consultation with stakeholders (incoming feedback)
2. Enhanced processes and templates
3. Enhanced platforms
4. Enhanced content
5. Enhanced communication (outgoing communications/reporting back).

Project Gimme aims to assist MLA’s stakeholders to access and digest relevant R<(>&<)>D information by establishing new processes and templates and updating existing ones. Project Gimme aligns with Project Codex to create a workflow for the life of project (application through to final deliverables) to create consistency, accountability and quality assurance for transparency and accessibiliyt of MLA’s R<(>&<)>D deliverables. This CMA will provide support costs to the ongoing development and maintenance of Project Gimme.
