Summary

Further strengthen and develop key account relationships to deliver increased value at foodservice to increase confidence in menuing of red meat and ensure it remains first choice of protein via customised key account business and communication plans + tailored culinary masterclasses + RMA asset development and promotion.

Objectives

Collaborate to develop and launch “on trend” red meat NPD:

  • Catering (2), FSR (2), QSR (1)​ Engage key foodservice operators to understand business, learn challenges & levels of interest.
  • NPD Think Tank Session / (MLA / Client) Kitchen for presentation / demonstration of ideas.​
  • Support in advisory capacity from concept development to market.
    Culinary education program to ensure Red Meat remains first choice of protein​.
  • Delivery of business centric F2F masterclasses to T1 foodservice customers incl: Spotless, Compass, Sodexo, YouFoodz, Carnival Australia, AVC, Estia, Pegasus​.
    10 x masterclasses across key Foodservice Sectors incl. MSA cut x cook methods with a focus healthy meals & profit optimisation​.
  • Rare Medium Academy Video Content up keep and production.
