Summary
This project engaged external software and technical support for the Sheep Genetics program to assist with the development of the Sheep Genetics database.
Objectives
To provide software and technical support for the Sheep Genetics program.
Key findings
A more efficient database with issues from the previous systems identified and updated. This will continue to be maintained.
Benefits to industry
Improvement of Sheep Genetics Infrastructure and a better user experience for Sheep Genetics clients.
MLA action
MLA staff will be involved in further development where appropriate.
Future research
Continual development where appropriate of the databases and systems.
