This is a recharge as agreed between MLA and LiveCorp, for MLA to cover 50% of the contract costs paid by LiveCorp for their Noetic Group contract.

LiveCorp engages Noetic Group to provide support for the live export industry’s Strategic Response Group (SRG), delivering crisis simulation exercises and providing an independent facilitator for SRG meetings.
