Benefits to industry

LiveCorp and MLA undertook their respective consultation processes with levy payers, members and stakeholders as part of the 2021-22 AOP/AIP development process. Acknowledging those plans and building on them, specific in-market LEP AIP focus areas have been identified by LiveCorp as they reflect exporter priorities and the greatest potential for levy return on investment. These include 1) stunning, 2) Indonesian wet markets, 3) in-market heat stress (sheep and cattle), 4) breeder cattle, and 5) COVID support.

This program recharge will assist the costs incurred to maintain work in these five priority areas.
