Summary
The ongoing improvement of the CRM platform functionality by incorporating and streamlining current business processes into the system. Continual enrichment of the CRM will assist us to move forward with our overall objective of the system being the single source of truth within the business.
Objectives
This CMA budget is support hours with Empired for ad-hoc items such as system fixes.
