Summary
Each year, MLA completes its Annual Member Survey to gain feedback from its Members in order to gauge effectiveness of its performance, member awareness of MLA’s roles/ responsibilities/ activities and perceived value.
Within MLA’s 5 year strategic plan (SP) and 2021-22 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) there are a specific range of KPIs to be measured through this one survey.
