The consultant engaged with regulators, industry stakeholders and value chain groups via saleyard hubs nationally to establish Local Advisory Groups (LAGs) to inform their design and implementation plan of a variety of communication activities, assets and resources that are targeted and relevant to the needs of the specific regions as well as leveraging these LAGs to deliver other program communications as required.
