Summary
The goal of the Livestock Marketing Campaign (LMC) was to encourage producers, agents, resellers, and saleyard operators, processors, feedlotters and livestock transporters to adopt, comply with and advocate for the value of Australia’s red meat integrity system, integrity system programs and the role of the ISC in underpinning the industry’s strong and profitable long-term future. The consultant engaged with regulators, industry stakeholders and value chain groups via saleyard hubs nationally to establish Local Advisory Groups (LAGs) to inform their design and implementation plan of a variety of communication activities, assets and resources that are targeted and relevant to the needs of the specific regions as well as leveraging these LAGs to deliver other program communications as required.
