MLA sponsored a wide range of third party events and activities with both financial and in-kind contributions to engage with levy-paying producers and communicate the results of MLA R&D and marketing programs. MLA sponsored events that:
Align messages with one or more of MLA's 15 key focus areas
Allow for an MLA presentation / speaker and appropriate levels of branding
Provide follow-up opportunities post-event to further circulate or enhance the information delivered (including: events, online content, workshops, etc)
Where appropriate, include an interactive display / session / presentation as a part of the event
Target commercial producers with no specific breed focus Sponsorship can include providing MLA materials, speakers and promotion of the event, which could range from small producer workshops to larger industry conferences. Examples of this sponsorship include Pacific Beef Expo, Wild Dog Week and NSW Weeds conference.
