Summary
LPI conducted a review of operations, policies and procedures, to define recommendations for improved operational efficiency, transparency and return on investment. This was conducted through an external independent review. To assist that review, a succinct summary/documentation of LPI's current procedures was required. This project supported the process and supported costs associated with engaging LPI Program and Project Managers, and other MLA staff as appropriate, to collate appropriate material on current procedures.
