Summary
During 2014 – 2016 a number of internal workshops were held with experts and industry representatives to build and deliver insights2innovation as part of value add program. The costs attributed included per diem rate and travel costs associated with the workshops and strategic design process. Developed were a number of key implementation plans and key themes to grow red meat demand such as China, Snacking and Active Ageing which has since led to Rural RD for Profit and MDC flagship projects.
