Summary
This project is for the development of case study reports on high-value seafood exports into China- specifically Abalone and Rock Lobster (Southern and Western) and Yellowtail Kingfish.
The Insights2Innovation project (V.RDP.1000) is primarily focussed on high-value growth opportunities into emerging markets. The lessons learnt from the export of high-value Australian seafood into China will be beneficial to all sectors involved in this project (red meat, dairy, horticulture, fisheries, wine and pork).
