Summary
These projects covered the costs associated with maintenance of MSA unique IT systems and the MSA Grading Model. Maintenance is performed on an as needed basis by the relevant consultant under direction from an MLA representative.
Maintenance of the systems includes, but is not limited to:
- Additions/removal of content from MSA Member Tools Site
- Maintenance of the Online ordering system for Vendor decs, POS, Inserts and Consumables
- Maintenance and report creation of the MSA Online Self Assessment Tool for End Users
- Maintenance and connecting MSA E-LearningModules to existing systems
- Maintenance and minor updates to INFOSYS and Plant Feedback Databases and the MSA uploader
- Technical support (phone and meetings) for MSA personnel in utilisation of the myMSA system
- Technical support for system vendors during adoption of the myMSA system
- Technical support for processors in utilisation of the myMSA system
- Correcting and/ or deleting data where required
- Conducting system maintenance activities where required, such as flushing the Test server with product data are regulator intervals
- Housekeeping activities for the myMSA system at a data and system level
- Liaison with MLA IT on system environment issues
- Small updates as needed to address priority issues
- Maintenance of the "Web Issues" register for task reporting
- Periodic refresh of the test website databases upon request by MSA
- Database performance monitoring and enhancements where required
- Monitoring of the scheduled nightly operations (NLIS/RFID retrieval, indexed database regeneration)
- DCU application support as required
- File Grade Utility support as required
- Development of new MYMSA functions
