Summary

The project has reviewed emerging dietary ​trends and eating behaviours in order to identify potential opportunity spaces for the Australian red meat industry to explore. It has also identified dietary influencers and their modes of influence and target population. Key findings provided input into MLA’s Digital strategy from mainly perspective of value added red meat products and also explore opportunities for providing educational material via influential mediums/media.
