Summary
The MSA Excellence in Eating Quality awards were held throughout Australia towards the end of 2021. The Awards were presented to producers who have achieved outstanding compliance rates to MSA specifications, as well as high eating quality performance, as represented by MSA Index results for MSA graded cattle during the 2019–20 and 2020–21 financial years. The service provider created 18 videos and social media edits of videos for each category winner for the awards.
Objectives
The objective of this project was the delivery 34 case study videos of award winners and social media edits of videos.
Key findings
The case study videos are an excellent and important tool to increase engagement with the program.
Benefits to industry
The case study videos were distributed through various MSA and MLA channels to help promote the benefits and value of participating in the MSA program.

Future research
The MSA Excellence in Eating Quality awards are run every second year. The creation of case study videos is an important tool to help promote the benefits and value of participating in the MSA program.
