Summary

The purpose of this project was to deliver the MSA training system and reporting requirements of the current Infosys Microsoft Access Database which was being decommissioned. The new training section is housed within myMSA and has linkages to CRM and API linkages to AUS-MEAT for MSA trained personnel.

Objectives

The main objective of this project was the delivery of integration work and provision of the below requirements:
1. Build new training system database and framework.
2. Build MSA team admin system, recording and reporting.
3. Build API linkages for external resources.

Key findings

The delivery of a new MSA training platform as part of the new myMSA system, replacing the existing Infosys/Microsoft access database.
