Key findings

It also assists them to make practical on-farm changes to the benefit of their herd’s eating quality and carcase outcomes.

Benefits to industry

The MSA Excellence in Eating Quality forums and awards are a key feature of the MSA program and an excellent avenue for engaging with MSA producers all over Australia as well as driving producers to other MLA programs to adopt changes to their businesses to improve MSA grading outcomes and value from MSA.
