Summary
This project has focused on the development of resources for the eNVD system ensuring the continuous improvement and delivery of system enhancements that improve user experience and increases adoption.
Objectives
The objectives of this project included:
- completion of sprints and releases as determined by the ISC product team
- completion of backlog tasks
- delivery of supporting documentation, processes and artefacts, and
- providing recommendations for areas of improvement.
Key findings
Developments from this project include improvements to the eNVD system such as:
- update of LPA NVD version 0720
- inclusion of MSA vendor declarations
- migration of eDecs
- review of schema & questions on web application
- development of Graph QL APIS
- innovation sprints on PIC search improvements
- proof of concept for offline transfer of eNVD
- update to cattle health declarations
- build of component-based design system
- new UX consignment creation
- new form format scope, and
- designs for modifications to both mobile and web.
Benefits to industry
Enhanced performance and customer experience of the eNVD program, leading to faster, easier consignment completion.
MLA action
Continue to utilise a feedback approach and customer centric development process to continue to improve ISC products and services.
Future research
This project provides the foundations for further development into the eNVD system, including web design updates and mobile application design based.
