Summary

This activity covers trade promotions in the MENA region focused on connecting Australian exporters and importer activities to grow awareness and preference for Australian red meat. Each activation works with brands in conjunction with True Aussie Beef branding, in a variety of ways to assist our customers connect, familiarise with, understand and ultimately grow their use of Australian red meat in their businesses. As key accounts progress, promotional activity increasingly targets consumers through our local customer channels in market.

Objectives

This project covers the reporting period of 2020–2025 and addresses
the following International Markets priorities for the MENA region:
Priority 1: Build brand equity for Australian red meat amongst targeted
consumers.
Priority 2: Increase the ‘physical availability’ of Australian beef,
lamb and goatmeat products.
Priority 3: Develop ‘educated ambassadors’ (staff, customers, media,
influencers).
Priority 4: Improve market access.
Priority 5: Cultivate commercial investment to grow overall sales and
marketing presence for Australian product.
Priority 6: Deliver trusted and high quality insights (up and down the
supply chain).
