Summary

There is some scientific literature which supports the view that the energy associated with biochemical events is "scalar" in nature and that this energy may be fundamental in co-ordinating the biochemistry
This project planned to pursue the "scalar" nature of electromagnetic energy as it applied to biochemical reactions with the aim of detecting "scalar" signatures of the metabolic processes involved in converting muscle to meat. Scalar detection could be a valuable aid in predicting eating quality attributes; however it was envisaged that if detection could be confirmed then "scalar" control of the muscle to meat biochemical pathway might be possible. This could have led to valuable intervention technologies for the industry such as the ability to bring meat to an optimum eating quality in a very short time frame.
The development methodology proceeded in the following sequence:
Development of electronic scalar wave generators and detectors and confirm the detection of scalar waves by direct comparison with the (non) detection of vector (hertzian) waves using Faraday screened detectors.
Establish the existence of different scalar frequencies using different scalar generator/detector combinations.
Develop broad spectrum scalar detectors capable of detecting the energy component of biochemical processes.
Develop tuneable scalar energy generators capable of controlling the important metabolic processes involved in meat production.
The project was unsuccessful and did not deliver the expected outcomes.
