Summary
Under the general and specific directions of the manager Environment, Sustainability and Climate Change (ES&CC), and the Manager Strategic Science delivered:
- program development and research management services for the ruminant greenhouse gas mitigation portfolio of projects;
- program management services for other projects within the Environment, Sustainability and Climate Change portfolio;
- research management service for projects under the Science for the Future and especially the remaining activities under the Pasture Soil Biology program;
- executive services for the Strategic Advisory Committee.
The requested services included:
- Coordination of project planning and implementation teams;
- Coordination of project delivery and communication teams;
- Coordination of peer review into decision-making processes within MLA or the collaborative organisations;
- Organisation and facilitation of meetings and with the support of PA staff, recording and distribution of meeting agendas and notes.
