Summary

There continue to be new abattoirs being constructed in Indonesia however licensing authorities design and construct lairage yards that are generally more suitable for led, domestic cattle. This project produced a 70-page Manual of Yard Plans, including 3-D models, that details abattoir yard infrastructure design from the unloading ramp to the restraining box.  The manual also includes chapters on work safety and simple equipment lists.
